1.When will my order be shipped out?
99% of orders will be sent by next business day after ordering. Please keep an eye on your email regarding order confirmation and tracking notification (which might be in the junk mail box sometimes)
2. How long does delivery takes?
Due to a flood of online sales events and pre-Christmas purchasing as well as COVID, australia post warns there will be a major delay , please expect a few more working days on top of below time frame or scolldown a bit to see cut off timeframe
Delivery times vary depending on the your postcode, you can also choose *express post for urgent order.

– 4-7 days to VIC Metro,VIC Rural, NSW Rural, SA Rural.

Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. *There is no guaranteed for overnight express post, although we do send out parcels on time, there is still 1 out of 20 parcels were not delivered overnight for express post which beyond our control.
3. Can you get my order to me any faster?
Yes, Express post can be an option, and it is strongly recommended for last minutes gift, if your postcode is not within express network, auspost will use fastest possible method to deliver your item, pleas refer condition here
4.Will my order arrive before Christmas?
If you order before cut off day, the order may arrive in time, but it is always good to order earlier than later to avoid disappointment, please use express post instead if your order pass the cut off day
If I order after these dates, can I still get my order before Christmas?
Of course! Even if you place an order on or after cutoff day (regular post), it is still quite possible that your order will be delivered before Christmas, we just can’t guarantee it.
