Order & Sale FAQ

You shall receive the order confirmation if the order is placed correctly,  or please got to the junk mail box to see if the notification is there or contact us for details.

No worries, please just send us an email and mention your order number, we will send a money request that you can pay through credit card or paypal.

We accept direct bank transfer (bank details will turn up after checkout), PayPal,  VISA , Mastercard.

For paypal and credit card payment, please select PAYPAL as payment option in checkout page,  then it will be direct to paypal website and there are options to pay by paypal or credit card,  you do not need to be a paypal user to pay by credit card.

 

Return & Refund FAQ

▪ We try to be fair and accurate with all products and descriptions. Please read descriptions carefully or contact us before making any purchases.

▪ Items for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days with original package and with all included accessories.

  1. If customer changes mind and chooses to return or exchange item, postage is not refundable and refund is given for the cost of item only, customer is responsible for return and redeliver postage. Restocking and other fees may be charged.
  2. If item is faulty, we will resend the replacement or issue the refund, postage is on us.
  3. No returns for change of mind will be permitted for personalised item.

Wholesale FAQ

If any items purchased are damaged or defective, they can be returned and a full refund (of the total product cost) or replacement will be provided.

Products can not be returned if items have been used. If all or parts of an order is returned due to change of mind, incorrect choice, mistake made by you – please notify us within 7 days, and dltradingau at its sole discretion have the rights to reclaim shipping costs which are charged to us by the couriers and restocking cost if packaging has been opened or damaged. Therefore these cost will be deducted from your order paid total.

Step 1: Browse Products by Category: Begin by navigating to the “Shop” menu on top, then click the sub-category you wish to review on the right and browse the list of products available.

Step 2: Add to cart: Click on the product you wish to purchase, under each item you can select the quantity you want by using the arrows next to the ‘Qty’ box. You then need to click ‘add to basket’ and you can continue shopping. Please note that all quantities appearing in this box are minimum order quantities.

Step 3:To update or remove a quantity: Click the ‘Checkout’ button and change the number in the ‘Quantity’ field or click ‘Remove’ to delete the item. When you have made all your changes, click on the ‘Update Cart’ button.

Step 4: Checkout: Click on ‘Checkout’ then you can review the products and shipping details,  then click on the “proceed to checkout” button then enter the billing/shipping details. you can select a  different shipping address by tick the “ship to a different address” box.

After that please select the shipping method and payment methods.

Step 5: Submit the order: Carefully check over your order and if you have no changes to make, click ‘Place Order’ to finalise.

Your order will be sent to us for processing, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice with a copy of your order.
