Yes, we do ship internationally, but our website only support Australia and New Zealand shipping, if you are from elsewhere please email us email@example.com for quote and method.
Here are few steps:
- Add item to the shopping cart then go to the cart page
- Under basket total click on “Calculate Shipping” and enter your postcode and State
- Click on “Update total”
Once your order has sent, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email with expected delivery times and details of the carrier (including the tracking number if available).Please also check your spam or junk folder in case it is diverted there.
Registered customer is also able to find out tracking information from “my account” after login.
Pick up form the warehouse is available upon appointment only.
Delivery times vary depending on the your postcode, you can also choose *express post for urgent order.

Return & Refund FAQ

▪ Items for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days with original package and with all included accessories.
- If customer changes mind and chooses to return or exchange item, postage is not refundable and refund is given for the cost of item only, customer is responsible for return and redeliver postage. Restocking and other fees may be charged.
- If item is faulty, we will resend the replacement or issue the refund, postage is on us.
