Christmas FAQ

1.When will my order be shipped out?

All orders will be sent by the same day for express post (cuff off time 12pm) or next business day for regular post and free postage. Please keep an eye on your email regarding order confirmation and tracking notification (which might be in the junk mail box sometimes)


2. Can you get my order to me any faster?

Yes, Express post can be an option, and it is strongly recommended for last minutes gift, if your postcode is not within express network, auspost will use fastest possible method to deliver your item, pleas refer condition here

3.Will my order arrive before Christmas?

If you order before cut off day, the order shall arrive in time, but it is always good to order earlier than later to avoid disappointment, please use express post instead if your order pass the cut off day

5. Where is my item?

You shall receive a tracking notification from both of us and auspost, if not please login your account or email us to request one.

6. Will I still get free delivery during the Christmas period?

We are delighted to be able to offer free delivery on all direct orders, regardless of size, value or destination, all year round.

7. I need personalized, does it take longer to process?

No, the process time will be the same as normally order
