What is the Warranty Policy?

At dltradingau.com.au you can shop with total peace of mind, all our products have 1 year manufacturer warranty.

  1. For item with defect we will replace and refund for order  within 30 days
  2. For item with defect we will repair it if your order date is over 30 days.

When my order will be dispatched?

Item will be shipped immediately on the same (regular post cut-off time 8am, express post cut-off time 10am, personalised items takes 1-2 more working days ) or next business day after receiving full payment. We deliver using Australia post eparcel and other appropriate methods.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery times vary depending on the your postcode, you can also choose *express post for urgent order.

Delivery times are estimates only as provided by Australia Post and may be affected by external factors beyond our control. Please allow 1 extra business day from the date of placing your order for your goods to be shipped.

95% of the orders will be shipped next business day after receiving full payment, deliveries typically occur within:

– 2-4 days to NSW Metro, VIC Metro, SA Metro, and QLD Metro.

– 4-7 days to VIC Rural, NSW Rural, SA Rural.

– 5-6 days to WA Metro, TAS Metro.

– 7-9 days to WA Rural, QLD Rural, TAS Rural, and NT.

Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions.

*There is no guaranteed for overnight express post, although we do send out parcels on time, there is still 1 out of 20 parcels were not delivered overnight for express post which beyond our control.

What is your Returns Policy?

▪ We try to be fair and accurate with all products and descriptions. Please read descriptions carefully or contact us before making any purchases.

Items for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days with original package.

  1. If customer changes mind and chooses to return item, postage is not refundable and refund is given for the cost of item only, customer is responsible for return and redelivery postage.
  2. If the item you are returning was sold to you with free shipping, the original freight cost that we were charged but did not pass on at the time of your order, will be deducted from your refund.
  3. If item is faulty, we will resend the replacement or issue the refund, postage is on us.
  4. Item returned must be in its original condition and package, and please pack your returns well as we cannot refund or exchange any items that have been damaged in transit, otherwise refund or exchange may  void.

How can i pay for the orders

We accept direct bank transfer (bank details will turn up after checkout), PayPal,  VISA , Mastercard.

For paypal and credit card payment, please select PAYPAL as payment option in checkout page,  then it will be direct to paypal website and there are options to pay by paypal or credit card,  you do not need to be a paypal user to pay by credit card.
