How can i place the order?

1.Please go to the product page then enter your desired quantity then press”add to cart”, for product with variation and select colour/size, the corresponding photo and price will come up.

2.Once you finish adding items, please press “view cart” then you will be redirected to cart page to checkout.

3. In cart page, simply enter your postcode for shipping calculation, the press “proceed to checkout” .

4. Please fill all the postal detail with the star mark*, review the order details and choose payment method, then press “place order” to finalise the payment.

Where’s my order?

Please check the email for tracking notification, in case you can’t find it please check the junk mail box.

For account holder you can also login for order status, please feel free to Email us to request the tracking if you are not able to find it.

I Haven’t Received My Order

When products leave our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking notification showing the items that have been dispatched and any others that are still being processed.

Delivery times are estimates only as provided by Australia Post and may be affected by external factors beyond our control. Please allow 1 extra business day from the date of placing your order for your goods to be shipped.

95% of the orders will be shipped next business day after receiving full payment, deliveries typically occur within:

– 2-4 days to NSW Metro, VIC Metro, SA Metro, and QLD Metro.

– 4-7 days to VIC Rural, NSW Rural, SA Rural.

– 5-6 days to WA Metro, TAS Metro.

– 7-9 days to WA Rural, QLD Rural, TAS Rural, and NT.

Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions.

If you have not received your order within the specified time frame, please email us and our staff will be happy to lodge an investigation with the courier company on your behalf to track down your parcel. 

Please note: The investigation process can take up to 10 days to resolve. Once our team receives an outcome from the courier company we’ll be in contact with you immediately with a resolution. 

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes we do offer australian post express post service, you can choose it in checkout page.

There is no guaranteed for overnight express post, although we do send out parcels on time, there is still 1 out of 20 parcels were not delivered overnight for express post which beyond our control, delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions,  Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links to get your order to you as soon as possible.

How long does the return process take?

If you have already email us for a return request, you will be contacted soon with more information about your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) request. Our Team will provide you with more information within 1 business days, please keep an eye on your email inbox (or junk mail box) for updates from them, Please note that any items returned to us without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Has your RMA been approved and you have already returned your item/s?

After your RMA is approved and your item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our Returns and Warranty Team and they will be in contact to advise you of the outcome.

We ask that you allow 2-3 business days from the date that we receive your return parcel from Australia Post, for the inspection to be completed.

Whats the return process?

Please email us to request rerturn for exchange or refund, order must be returned within 30 days , for item damaged in transit please attach photos within email

Once the return is approved  you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number for reference, please send it back to following address:

Refunds and Returns

If any items purchased are damaged or defective, they can be returned and a full refund (of the total product cost) or replacement will be provided.

Products can not be returned if items have been used. If all or parts of an order is returned due to change of mind, incorrect choice, mistake made by you – please notify us within 7 days, and dltradingau at its sole discretion have the rights to reclaim shipping costs which are charged to us by the couriers and restocking cost if packaging has been opened or damaged. Therefore these cost will be deducted from your order paid total.

What are your trading terms?

  • Our payment terms are strictly 7 days from date of invoice, no stock will be reserved until payment is full paid.
  • All Prices are quoted in Australian dollar.
  • All Prices exclude GST until added at shopping carts final total.
  • All Goods remain the property of Independence Studios until payment is received in full.
  • Goods will not be supplied to overdue accounts until such time as the account is brought up to date.
  • Overdue accounts paid by Credit Card will also attract the fee charged to DL TRADING AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (ABN 92613416845 ) by the Credit Card Company.

Some items arrived damaged on delivery, what should I do?

Damage in transit sometimes is unavoidable although we take extra care to pack all our items carefully before dispatch, if you find some of your stock is damaged on arrival, please be sure to report it in writing within 7 days of delivery.
